Thermoset Poly Products is found in
1993 by a
pioneer in the field of FRP and other
engineering plastics and is backed with an
experience of more than 4 decades in the
field.
We are engaged in Designing and
Manufacturing of equipments like large
capacity Storage tanks, Reaction vessels,
Scrubbing systems, Piping, Chlorine Drying
Towers etc. in FRP / GRP, PP / FRP. UPVC / FRP, CPVC / FRP, PVDF / FRP,
& Teflons like ECTFE / FRP, FEP / FRP, PFA / FRP.
etc.
Both our Manufacturing units
are spread over an area of 160000 Sq. Feet.
We design our equipments as per BS ( British
Standards ), IS, ASME, ASTM and other
relevant codes.We have our in-house
department for Designing of critical
Scrubbing Systems for gases like HCl, Cl2,
HBr, Br2,SO2, SO3, H2S, NOx, HNO3 etc. Our
systems are designed & manufactured to
achieve the required ppm levels as prevalent
in the respective industrial areas.
Our GRP Pipes for the Potable & Sewage water
are approved by M/S.
Bureau of
indian standards.
Our quality is accepted and appreciated by
our clients in various countries like Denmark,
Germany, Bangladesh etc. We are located
close to Nhava Sheva port in New Bombay and
Bombay port. Our Manufacturing facilities
are totally geared up to manufacture, test &
Handle large sized equipments.
Our Filament Winding Machine can manufacture
Equipments & Pipes up to 5 mtrs. Diameter.
Our Universal Testing Machine also enables
us to carry out various tests like Tensile,
Compressive, Shear etc. as specified by
various codes.
Our works & workmanship have been approved
by Consultants and end users of high esteem.
With a
workforce of more than 250 people having
large manufacturing experience, We are able
to execute large sized jobs with utmost
precision & speed. We have a separate
Qualified & Experienced team to erect &
install Equipments & Piping at site
which enables us to execute projects on
turnkey basis.

Our raw materials are procured from very
well assessed reputed manufacturers having a
strong technical background. Over and above
the test certificates of our suppliers every
batch of Raw materials are
tested Prior to usage. Important tests like tensile
strength, Barcol hardness, Cure time etc.
are regularly verified and monitored from
our end.
Along with our quality check and stage-wise
internal inspections we are able to maintain
our high quality standards. We have a very
active R & D department and are regularly
updated with the latest developments in the
composite world.
